You should hold an MSc (or equivalent) but preferably you should hold, or are working towards, a PhD (or equivalent)  in qualitative methods, exposure assessment or a cognate field. Expertise in the use of thematic analysis or other qualitative methods of data analysis is essential, while additional experience in exposure assessment, occupational hygiene or occupational health would be desirable. You should be capable of working under your own initiative and collaboratively as part of the research team. The project will involve extensive communication with external participants and stakeholders, so excellent communication and organisational skills are also required.
